Welcome to The Rotary Club of Chippenham

A message from the 2010/11President, Philip Miles

A very warm welcome to you from the Rotarians of the Rotary Club of Chippenham and from me President Philip Miles.

The Rotary Club of Chippenham has been established for well over 60 years and meets each Monday Lunch time at 12.30 pm in the Rotary Hall, Station Hill, Chippenham. We are unique in owning our own Rotary Hall which we share with the Rotary Club of Chippenham Larkrise they meet at 7.30 am on Tuesdays.

There is a third Rotary Club in the town,  Chippenham Wiltshire Vale which meets on Monday evening at 7.00 pm in The Angel Hotel, Market Place, Chippenham.Three great Clubs all working together in the local community and internationally for the good of others who perhaps are less fortunate than us.

Have you ever thought of joining Rotary?  Perhaps you would like to know a little more about our great organisation.

There are over 1.2 million Rotarians in Clubs situated in nearly all countries of the world.  If you become a Rotarian you immediately become a member of that great family. The pictures on the website show some of our ‘Rotary in Action’ working with children and youth, fundraising for the local community and organising events.  We are also involved in international projects such as ‘Rotary Polio Plus’ which is eradicating Polio from the world through the efforts of Rotarians. We also have great fun.

Interested? Give us a call, send an e-mail and come along to see for yourself.
